Leah Wooten PT, DPT, CFo
Leah grew up in Mountain View, OK and later moved to Weatherford to complete her undergraduate studies at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and has since been practicing physical therapy for 6+ years. Currently, she is working toward a Doctorate in Education. Leah is passionate about working with children and their families to create a supportive and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development. She is excited to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your little ones!
Credentials include: Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Certified Orthotic Fitter, Certification in Dry Needling
Shalyn Hooten PT, DPT, CFo
Shalyn was born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK. She completed her undergraduate studies at Southern Nazarene University. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University and has since been practicing physical therapy for 10 years. She utilizes advanced assessment skills and patient‑centered care when designing and delivering orthotics, as a certified orthotic fitter. Shalyn looks forward to working with your child to enhance biomechanics, support rehabilitation, reduce pain, and improve activities of daily living.
